We want you to love what you order from Beachitude. Every item is custom-printed just for you through our print partner, Printify. Due to this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or ordering errors. That said, we absolutely stand behind the quality of every item we sell.
Returns & Exchanges
Because each item is made to order, we cannot accept returns or offer exchanges for:
- Wrong size, color, or design selected by customer
- Change of mind
Please double-check your order carefully before completing your purchase. Size charts and product descriptions are provided for each item to help guide your selection.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a manufacturing defect, we’ll make it right.
Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue
We’ll offer you a free replacement or a full refund—your choice.
(You do not need to return the defective item.)
Lost Packages or Delivery Issues

Be sure to include:

- A description of the issue
- Clear photo(s), if applicable
